OTAGO DEAF CHILDREN’S FAMILY CAMP 2021

(For Financial Members Only – Others by Application)

WHERE:

CYC Waihola

70 Finlayson Road, Waihola

WHEN:     6 pm Friday 26th March to 1 pm Sunday 28th March, 2019

COST:        OADC member camp registration fee $30 (plus $15 annual membership optional) per family

Family not living at home are welcome but will need to pay an additional registration fee of $30 per family

Non OADC member camp registration fee $90 per adult and $70 per child and is subject to Committee approval.

You can come for just one night, however the registration fee remains the same.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 12th MARCH

Registration fees are due by 15th March. If you would prefer to pay at camp, you will need to arrange this prior.

THINGS TO BRING:

BEDDING eg sleeping bag and pillow. Mattresses provided, but no pillows.

Recommended to bring extra bedding and warm clothes as Otago is not renowned for its tropical conditions.

TOILETRIES including toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, soap, facecloth and torch (plus extra batteries)

CHANGE OF CLOTHES indoor shoes/slippers

SWIMMING GEAR AND WET SUITS (if you have them) including swimming goggles

Clothing and shoes for wet and fine weather

BAKING – either home baking or bought biscuits for morning, afternoon tea and supper

Good idea to have clothing, etc, named

It will be a great weekend as always!
